Randall Jonathan Willerson, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week on drug charges after police said they found Willerson parked in the middle of the roadway on Paris Lane near Redmond Circle.
Police said that while speaking with Willerson, they determined that he was under the influence of drugs to the point it was less safe to drive. A search then allegedly resulted in officers finding a narcotic inside a prescription bottle that was not prescribed to him.
Willerson is charged with DUI, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and improper parking.
