The Gordon County Board of Commissioners met this week to discuss several items of business, and to hold four public hearings.
One of the public hearings was for a request for a Conditional Use Permit on Hyde Road in Resaca, a property that currently has four chicken houses. The owners want to add four more chicken houses and update the existing chicken houses.
The Board approved the request.
Another request for a rezone from Agricultural to Crossroads Commercial on Folsom Road, to add a driveway for a storage building operation that was already approved by the Board, was voted down 4-1.
