Nicholus Little N Byars Jr, 18 of Cartersville, was arrested this week in Rome after reports said he was found in possession of a Glock 26 Gen 4 with a 3D printed fully-automatic modification.
Reports said that Byers then proceeded to run from officers during his arrest.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Woodcrest and Morningside Drive.
Byars is charged with possession of an unlawful firearm and obstruction police.
