Eric Shane Justice, 45 of Aragon, was arrested after reports said he defrauded a Silver Creek man out of $1,951.66.
Reports said that Justice used the victim’s bank card to complete purchases without approval between December 1, 2025 and January 29, 2026.
Police stated that Justice made purchases at Walmart, Chic-Fil-A, Marco’s Pizza and Burger King.
Justice is charged with identity fraud and probation violation.
