Ray Harris Jr, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing on Norfolk Southern property off North Broad Street.
Police said that Harris also trespassed at a nearby store.
Reports went on to say that when officers arrived on the scene, they found Harris standing in the middle of the roadway. When officers went to speak with Harris, he allegedly attempted to flee on foot.
