Marissa Guzman, 31 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she obstructed a police investigation involving her husband.
Reports said that Guzman told police that she was the driver of a car that was involved in an accident in an effort to prevent her husband from being arrested.
Guzman is charged with obstruction of law enforcement.
