Jessica Ann McCranie, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she defrauded a 82 year-old man out of money.
Reports said that McCranie used the victim’s debit card without his permission to take $635.
Police added that the charges occurred between September 10 and September 18, 2025.
McCranie is charged with financial transaction card fraud and exploitation of elderly/disabled.
