Kayla Chenee Delay, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week in the parking lot of Parkview Baptist Church after reports said she was found in possession of methamphetamine and a firearm.
Police said that the meth was located in a cupholder just to the right of Delay’s leg.
The firearm, a Smith and Wesson 38 revolver, was recovered from the door next to Delay.
Delay is charged with possession of methamphetamine and a firearm during the commission of a crime.
