Markese Markell Ferguson Jr, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of a nicotine vape during a traffic stop.
Police said that while pulling Ferguson over for a traffic stop near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and East 20th Streets they observed him threw down a vape while running away from them.
Ferguson is charged with possession of vapor products and obstruction.
