Oran Stephen Williams, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was observed urinating on the wall of a Marathon gas station on Chateau Drive.
Reports added that Williams proceeded to strike an employee while drinking an alcoholic beverage.
After being located by police, Williams is accused of having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in the center console of his vehicle.
Williams is charged with simple battery, public indecency, DUI, driving on a suspended license, open container and probation violation.
