Wayne Gamble Parket, 63 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 48 year-old man.
Reports said that Parket attempted to make contact with the victim by showing up at his business on Calhoun Avenue after being told to stay away by the courts. Police added that Parket attempted to call the victim a short time later.
Parket is charged with aggravated stalking.
