Tanner Lawrence Davis, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shot up his father’s Notasulga Drive home.
Police said that while standing in the backyard Davis pulled out a gun and shot at the home.
Reports added that police discovered through video evidence that Davis lied to them about the incident.
Davis is charged with reckless conduct, criminal trespass, discharging a firearm near a public highway, and obstruction of law enforcement.
