Dalton Lewis Culbreth, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he told a 57 year-old woman that he was going to kill her.
Police added that when they arrived to speak with Culbreth he hindered multiple officers in lawful discharge of their duties.
Culbreth is charged with terroristic threats and acts and obstruction.
