Rome Man Found with Drug Scale at Local Restaurant

Todd Mitchell Gilliams, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a scale containing narcotic residue on its surface.

Police said that Gilliams was taken into custody at 900 Martha Berry Blvd, which is the address for Honey Baked Hams. Reports did not indicate if Gilliams was inside or outside the store.

Gilliams is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug related objects and failure to appear.R
