Demarcus Terrell Alexander, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he ate chicken wings from the deli at Walmart and failed to pay.
Reports said that after consuming the chicken wings he discarded the wrap and proceeded to leave the store. The food was valued at $6.99.
Alexander is charged with theft by shoplifting.
