Marcus Kip Vasquez-Ramirez, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke a lamp during a domestic dispute with a 7 year-old child.

Reports said that the lamp was valued at $25.

Vasque-Ramirez is charged with criminal trespass.
