Kandice Paige Rhodes, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found yelling loudly while walking drunk on Orchid Place.
Police said that Rhodes proceeded to refuse to go back into her home. They added when they went to arrest Rhodes she refused to place her hands behind her back.
Rhodes is charged with obstruction and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
