Justin Alan Bragg, 38 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he was charged with an assault while being intoxicated.
Reports said that officers responded to an altered mental status call out on Benedict Loop. Upon arriival an investigation was conducted and a male, who was identified as Justin Bragg, was arrested.
Police did not state what occured during the assault, but did list the victim as a 30 year-old male.
Bragg is charged with simple assault, battery, public drunkenness, criminal trespass, and interference with government property.
