Natalie Shay Evans, 29 of Taylorsville, was arrested in Rome after reports said she was found driving under the influence with three children in her car.
Police said that after failing to maintain her lane of travel and impeding traffic at the intersection of Turner McCall Blvd and Hicks Drive, Evans was found to have been under the influence.
Police added that three small children were found in her car during the stop.
Evans is charged DUI, failure to maintain lane, three counts endangering a child by DUI, impeding the flow of traffic and driving without license in possession.
