Fred Thomas Fricks Jr, 60 of Shannon, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened a store clerk at the Circle K on New Calhoun Highway.
Police said that Fricks acted in a violent and tumultuous manner while cursing at her when she asked him to leave the store. Fricks then allegedly told the store clerk that the next time he sees another store clerk he was going to “beat his ass”. Fricks proceeded to call the female store clerk unkind names.
Reports went on to state that officers advised Fricks that he could not return to the store before he told them that he did “not give a damn”.
Fricks is charged with disorderly conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
