Ashley Mandrell Watkins, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of a crack pipe while shoplifting from Walmart.
Police said that Watkins left Walmart with $261.85 worth of clothing without paying.
While being taken into custody, officers said that they located the crack pipe inside her purse.
Watkins is charged with theft by shoplifting, possession of cocaine and probation violation.
