Angela Renee Brumit, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she violated a court order to stay away from a 30 year-old woman.
Reports said that Brumit was found within 3 feet of the victim at a location on Franklin Street.
Brumit is charged with aggravated stalking.
