Kris Marlen Brumit, 57 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he burglarized a home on Franklin Street.
Police stated that Brumit proceeded to threatened to kill a 30 year-old woman if she called the police.
After arriving at the jail, officers said that they found marijuana in Brumit’s possession.
Brumit is charged with first degree burglary, terroristic threats/acts, possession of marijuana and crossing the guard line with drugs.
