Pablo Martinez, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he damaged a woman’s car, TV and home.
Police stated that Martinez damaged the victim’s paint, windshield and dented the body of her car. He is also accused of hitting and throwing the victim’s 65” TV before ripping a piece of vinyl siding off of the home.
Officers added that Martinez proceeded to refuse to follow their commands during his arrest.
Martinez is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property, criminal trespass and obstruction.
