Craig Ashley Cheatwood, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he refused to cooperate with police when he was found allegedly trespassing at a woman’s home on Springdale Road.
Police said that Cheatwood refused to follow the commands of officers on the scene and then he refused to identity himself at the Floyd County Jail.
Cheatwood is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcement.
