Sergio Dominguez, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he got into a physical altercation with his 16 year-old daughter.
Reports said that Dominguez went into the teen’s room and began to strike her while yelling in an aggressive manner. The teen said she was placed in fear of being injured.
Police went on to say that Dominguez went to another child’s room and kicked the door off of the frame and yelled in an aggressive manner.
The incident occurred on Toles Road.
Dominguez is charged with 1st degree cruelty to children, 3rd degree cruelty to children, simple battery, criminal trespass and probation violation.
