Thomas Scott Early, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was captured on Snapchat allowing a minor to smoke marijuana.
Reports said that Early was recorded in the background saying “unrecord that sh**”.
Early is charged with three counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
