Rebecca Lynn Burns, 32 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she made a false report of a theft.
Reports said that while serving the warrant, Burns was found standing in the front yard of the residence while intoxicated.
Burns is charged with false report of a theft, unlawful conduct during a 9111 call and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.
