Shannon Edward Kempson, 52 of Flovilla, was arrested in Rome after reports said he molested a child from March 2020 until December 31, 2022.
According to reports, Kempson would rub his genitals against the victim’s vagina before making the victim use her hands to touch his genitals while he inserted his fingers in the victim’s mouth.
Kempson is charged with child molestation.
