Pamela Michelle Simpson, 35 of Kingston, was arrested this week after reports said she lied to police while reportedly stalking another woman.
Police said that Simpson was found in a car with a woman who had a court order to stay away from. When questioned about her identity, Simpson gave officers a fake name to conceal her true identity.
Simpson is charged with aggravated stalking, giving false information to police and failure to appear.
