The City of Euharlee has introduced several new event rental spaces, expanding opportunities for community gatherings and private events across the historic Bartow County city.
The newly available venues include the Lowry Mill Ruins, the Osborne Park Pavilion, the renovated Old Library, and the historic Euharlee Presbyterian Church. City officials say the additions are intended to offer more flexibility and variety for residents and visitors seeking event locations.
As part of the expansion, the Lowry Mill Ruins have been added to the city’s “Covered Bridge Package,” which also includes private access to the Euharlee Covered Bridge, a pavilion, and the surrounding area. The package is priced at $400 for a four-hour rental with a $200 refundable cash deposit. A separate Bridge & Pavilion Package is available for $200 for four hours with a $150 deposit, and the pavilion alone remains available as a standalone rental.
The Osborne Park Pavilion, located in the recently updated Osborne Park, can now be rented for $75 per four-hour period, with a $100 refundable deposit. The pavilion includes picnic tables, and public restrooms are available within the park.
The city has also reopened the renovated Old Library as an indoor event venue. The updated space is designed to accommodate meetings, workshops, showers, small receptions, and similar activities.
To support local families, the City of Euharlee is offering a 50% discount on all rental fees for city residents.
City Manager James Stephens said the new venues align with Euharlee’s broader community goals. “These new rental options reflect another step in Euharlee fulfilling its mission… to provide a safe, friendly, healthy, community atmosphere,” Stephens said, adding that city leaders are pleased to expand options and introduce the resident discount.
