Residents of Cedartown will have the opportunity to recycle their Christmas trees and give back to the environment on Saturday, January 3, at Camp Antioch.
From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., community members are invited to bring their used Christmas trees to Camp Antioch, where they can properly dispose of them and, in return, receive tree seedlings to plant at home. The event is designed to promote environmental stewardship and encourage replanting after the holiday season.
The program is open to everyone and offers a simple way for families to recycle their trees while helping support future green spaces in the area.
