Joshua Michael Mendez, 45 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 48 year-old woman at a home on Compton Road.
Police said that Mendez had a court order placed against him to stay away from the victim when he went to find her at the home.
Mendez is charged with aggravated stalking.
