Christopher Lance Casteel, 52 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he terrorized a 78 year-old man.
Reports said that Casteel placed a death threat letter in the victim’s mailbox.
Casteel is charged with exploitation and intimidation of the elderly and terroristic threats and acts.
