Robert Lee Furguson, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he threatened his roommate.
When police arrived, Furguson refused to place his arms behind his back while grabbing an officer’s write in order to prevent him from being handcuffed.
After arriving at the jail. Ferguson stated that he didn’t want to resist however, he wanted to show that he could fight.
Furguson is charged with terroristic threats/acts and obstruction.
