Christopher Brian Vaughn, 49 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a 23 year-old man.
Reports stated that Vaughn threatened to cut the victim’s throat while attempting to evade arrest as he ran from the scene.
After being taken into custody, police said that they found Vaughn in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Vaughn is charged with aggravated stalking, terroristic threats/acts, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, obstruction and probation violation.
