A homeless 54 year-old Rome man, Guillermo Andres Jimenez, was arrested this week after reports said he was found heavily drinking while setting up camp on property owned by Norfolk Southern.
Police said that he was found setting up camp near the railroad tracks behind 610 Shorter Avenue.
Jimenez is charged with criminal trespass.
