Hayden Scott Lee, 23 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked and attacked a 23 year-old woman at her home on Georgia Avenue.
Reports said that Lee ignored a court order to stay away from the woman when he went to her home and engaged in an argument. The victim told police that Lee proceeded to push and shove her several times.
Police added that after obtaining arrest warrants for Hayden, Officers from Cedartown and Polk County Police made entry into the residence with K9 Luke. Officers called out to Lee several times, warning him of the K9s presence and that if he did not comply, he would be bitten.
After giving several commands, officers entered the residence all entered with guns drawn and encountered Hall in the hallway. Hall was given verbal commands to lie down on the ground with his hands behind his back. He proceeded to comply and was taken into custody without incident.
Lee is charged with simple battery and aggravated stalking.
