Clyde Gregory Stevens, 47 of Villa Rica, was arrested in Rome on drug charges following a traffic stop on North Broad Street.
Reports said that Stevens was stopped for having an expired tag when a K9 officer alerted on the vehicle. A probable cause search was then conducted, which led to
