Christopher Shawn Jackson, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he repeatedly burglarized the Windshape Foundation.
Police said that on December 28, 2023 and January 15, 2024, Jackson entered their business on Excelsior Street without permission and stayed for a period of time.
On both occasions Jackson left behind a Coke can that was later submitted to the GBI for a DNA analysis. Later, a CODIS hit came back identifying Jackson.
Jackson is charged with two counts second degree burglary.
