Raul Junior Fuentes, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order to stay away from a woman.
Reports said that Fuentes repeatedly called and text messaged a 35 year-old woman after being served a proactive order.
Police stated that Fuentes started to call and harass the victim less than 10 minutes after being served the order.
Fuentes is charged with aggravated stalking.
