Randall Rayford Davenport, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he knocked out numerous teeth of a 47 year-old woman during a dispute on Compton Road.
Police said that Davenport hit the victim with such force that it caused numerous teeth to become loose, along with bleeding and swelling to her mouth.
He reportedly then told the victim, “I’ll take you outside and I will hurt you and no one will stop me”.
Davenport is charged with aggravated battery, terroristic threats and acts along with probation violation.
