Charles Edward Pollard III, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he conspired with another person to sell fentanyl.
Police said that Pollard conspired with James Mitchell to sell the drug to the community. While being taken into custody, Pollard was allegedly found in possession of THC oil.
Pollard is charged with felony possession, distribution of THC oil, three counts conspiracy to commit a felony and probation violation.
