Nicholas Maurice Chambers, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he acted in a tumultuous manner toward medical staff at their office on Redmond Circle.
Reports added that the medical staff told police that they felt like they were in danger.
Chambers is charged with disorderly conduct.
