Cody Allan Powers, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with methamphetamine while sitting on railroad tracks near Redmond Circle.
Reports said that police had previously asked Powers not to be on the tracks before finding him this week still doing it.
Officers went on to say that Powers was found with crystal meth in his front shirt pocket.
Powers is charged with possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass.
