Rome Man Found Trespassing After Banning from Store

Christopher Scott Whatley Sr, 53 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found trespassing at the Chevron on Turner McCall Blvd.

Reports said that Whatley was banned from the store back on October 4^th before returning Tuesday just after midnight.

Whatley is charged with criminal trespass.
