Deanna Faye Carter, 25 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she assaulted a 39 year-old woman.
In the police report, the officer said that after responding to the 911 call and speaking with the victim they “determined that they had enough evidence to take charges on the offender.” They added that photos of the victim’s injuries were taken for evidence.
Carter is charged with simple assault and battery.
