Larry Fain Popham, 72 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he touched the vagina of a child under the age of 16.
Reports added that Popham used his fingers to penetrate the child with the intent to arouse himself.
He is also accused of committing sodomy on the child before forcing them to perform on him.
The incidents occurred on Woodruff Street.
Popham is charged with two counts child molestation and two counts sexual battery.
