John Luther Harmon, 42 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he kicked a pregnant woman in the stomach during an argument at an apartment on Garden Lakes Parkway.
Reports added that the victim bled from her vaginal area immediately after being kicked.
Harmon is charged with battery and assault on an unborn child.
