Latisha Lashay Jordan, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she harassed and threatened a 43 year-old woman.
Police said that Jordan left profane and vulgar voicemails on the victim’s phone. Jordan is accused of calling the victim a “bit**” a “dumb bit***” and suggested that she was going to hang her.
Jordan is charged with terroristic threats/acts and harassing communications.
